Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 23, 2026

Parham Baghaie Personal Real Estate Corporation (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you use this website or contact us about real-estate services in British Columbia.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, property address, preferred contact details, and the contents of your message. If you request a private property review or evaluation, we may also collect property details and information about your timing or service needs.

The website and its hosting, security, and performance systems may automatically process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, date and time, referring page, and security or error logs.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to respond to inquiries, provide requested real-estate information or services, prepare or discuss a requested property review, communicate by email or telephone, maintain appropriate business records, operate and secure the website, diagnose technical issues, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

Submitting a service inquiry does not enroll you in advertising or unrelated marketing. We do not treat a request for service as bundled consent to promotional communications.

3. Consent and your choices

We collect, use, and disclose personal information with consent or as otherwise permitted by law. You may withdraw consent for optional uses by contacting us, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. Withdrawing consent may limit our ability to respond to or complete a requested service.

4. Cookies and website technology

This site may use cookies or similar local-storage technology that is necessary for core website operation, session management, security, form functionality, caching, and performance. Hosting, security, caching, and image-optimization services may process technical data needed to deliver and protect the site.

As of the effective date above, the current staging website does not use a dedicated third-party visitor analytics service or advertising cookies. If analytics or other non-essential tracking is introduced, this Policy and any required consent controls will be updated before that use begins.

5. Service providers and disclosure

We may provide limited personal information to service providers that support website hosting, email delivery, forms, security, maintenance, and performance. They are expected to process information only for the services they provide and to protect it appropriately.

We may also disclose information where required or permitted by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a legitimate business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information.

If a customer relationship management system is adopted for managing inquiries, relevant information may be processed there under appropriate safeguards. This statement does not mean that a CRM workflow is currently active.

6. Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and to meet legal, accounting, professional, or regulatory requirements. Retention periods vary according to the nature of the inquiry, the services requested, and applicable obligations. Information is then securely deleted, anonymized, or otherwise disposed of when no longer required.

7. Safeguards

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.

8. Access and correction

Subject to applicable exceptions, you may request access to personal information we hold about you or ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

9. External websites

This website may link to websites operated by third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for their content or handling of personal information.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the website, our practices, or legal requirements. The effective date at the top will show when the current version took effect.
